I love chicken. I mean it’s one of the few types of meat that I actually prefer to eat. And Mexican chicken from places like El Pollo Loco is amazing. They flame grill it and it just tastes awesome. Mexican food has another type of taste to it that I just love.
You can go to WheresTheFlameGrill.com to watch some amazing flame grilling videos submitted by other people that actually do this. And you can submit your own so don’t worry. And at the end you may win $1,500 for an amazing video submitted, if I was better with flames and cooking, I’d probably give it a shot, but knowing that my cooking skills are very low, I doubt I’ll be able to try.
