Floyd “Money” Mayweather is always making big news in the boxing industry. And now his fight against Pacquiao on March 13, 2010 is the next biggest match in boxing. We all remember the fight between Mayweather and De La Hoya and it was amazing. Now these two are looking to make history. Personally if I could get my hands on the ticket I would definitely go. Mayweather has always been interesting and the self-proclaimed best fighter in the world is always making news so I know it would be an interesting fight. Last night, the Yankees won their 27th world series title which is the most championships won by any sports franchise in history and I am so glad I watched it. Hideki Matsui aka Godzilla hit a two run home run, a 2 run single, and a two run double getting 6 RBIs in that one game which ties a record set decades ago.

Matsui was awarded the MVP of the world series and I am happy for him. It is his last year with the Yankees in his contract but hopefully they renew because losing him will be a huge loss for the yankees. Congratulations to the Yankees and hopefully they hit 28 next year! I am very excited and I am ready to go to the parade tomorrow! Can’t wait.

Heroes is one of the most popular TV shows on any network at the moment. They finished their first season a few months ago. It has a huge season finale where millions tuned in to watch that night and then millions more logged into NBC.com to watch it online. Heroes started their Second season about 4 weeks ago and it airs on NBC on Mondays at 9 PM Eastern Standard Time. Check your local listings for the channel number. If you live in NY Like me, it’ll be Channel 4.

It is a great series and it is very catchy and addictive. I love sci-fi at times and this puts that along with action and drama all in the same place. Anyone watching it will enjoy it. If you missed the first season, it’s ok because the season is out on DVD and you can buy or rent it anytime you wish. If you haven’t seen it before, I greatly recommend watching this series because it will entertain you a lot better than most other TV Shows.

American Idol as most of you know it, is the most popular and most watched television show in the United States. It is coming up on its next season which is a few months away. American idol 7 will be just as great and funny as any other season. I’ll admit that I am not the biggest American Idol fan but in the last few seasons, I’ve grown to watch the show a bit more. I usually only watch the beginning, the part where a lot of people make fools of themselves and I find that hilarious and I watch near the end when more people start voting for their next American Idol than people have voted for their last 2 presidents.

Here is a history of American Idol. The show American Idol is not original as most of you may think. It is a copy of the British show Pop Idol that takes place in the United Kingdom. The last I heard, that show was still running. Many countries have copied Pop Idol and American Idol to get rating for their country channel and fame to their country. One example is the new Canadian Idol which has already been up for about five seasons. Another example is India’s Famous Indian Idol where the number of votes there match up to the numbers of votes to the American Idol because of dense population. India is one of the most populated country in the world and they use that as an advantage to get popularity.

American Idol has been successful and will continue to be even more successful if it keeps up. If you are an American Idol fan then you are in luck because the show no signs of ending.

I like all types of movies. Horror happens to be one of my favorite genre of movies. I like movies that can scare me since I don’t get scared so easily. There are always horror or scary movies coming out every year. A new movie coming out is called Halloween the movie which is released August 31st everywhere in the United States. It was writen and directed by the great Rob Zombie. One of my favorite scary movies of all time is Freddy vs. Jason. It is party thriller and part horror and that’s a winning combination for me. Halloween the movie is similar to that and that’s why it grabs my attention so much.

The trailer is already out and under this paragraph, is the youtube video trailer of Halloween the movie. It seems to be great and Rob Zombie is known to make some awesome horror flicks. So if you don’t think this movie is for you, you can click play and watch the trailer right here before going to theaters. And if you think its too scary for you, take someone with you that can comfort you.

As you can see from the trailier, a lot of money has been spent on trying to make this movie as good as it can get. If you are having trouble with viewing the video, just visit youtube and search Halloween the Movie Trailer. Something will come up for sure.
