I have been attending college for about the past four months of my life. So far I will tell you that this is the best experience of my life. I am meeting new people, I am taking the classes I actually want to take, and my grades are excellent due to some great teachers teaching me the subject. Live Search Engine was brought out by Microsoft not too long ago and I have been watching its performance from time to time and I have to say that it disappoints me. Just like the MSN search engine it doesn’t index very quickly and it doesn’t have a lot of people visiting the engine and making searches. This results in low amount of traffic for many sites that are even listed in the engine.

If you have a website and you get a lot of emails to your admin (@) yoursite.com email address then you should know what I am talking about. If you are using CPANEL and its webmail system, I have to tell you that this is a bad idea because of how unorganized this is. They have Horde mail and Squirrel mail and neither are organized so you can use the email forwarding feature of the cpanel webmail and forward all the mail to an email address that can help you organize it.

People often believe or like to believe that the content inside the site determins what PR or PageRank the page gets. I should just clarify that Pagerank has nothing to do with content but the amount of backlinks it contains. Without backlinks there wouldn’t be a pagerank on that page. Internal links also count. Internal links meaning links from other pages on that site to that page and they do count.

Internal vs. External Hard Drives

Well I have been learning a lot about internal hard drvies lately and so far I can tell you that they are much better than external ones. Well first they get their power source and feed straight from the computer’s power source unit and the motherboard and they are always connected. Usually with external hard drives you will have to disconnect after a while or they get very hot. Internal hard drives is also good because it goes into your computer case and it becomes just one object so when you want to move it, you don’t have to move the case first and then the hard drive, just move the central unit.

Internal Hard Drives also have a Faster RPM or rotations per minute so they can record and move more files much faster. Of course external ones can catch up to that but they are much more expensive because of their high speed. External hard drives also use a USB cord to transfer files. This is true most of the time. And internal hard drives use a thick wire within the computer itself. If you look at it, you can assume that more files can be copied and transferred from and to the internal hard drive much faster than the external one even if the external hard drive has a faster RPM. So if you have some space left in your computer case, you are better off getting an internal hard drive rather than an external one.
