Packet8 is one of the newest and largest internet phone service available now. Their service offers Crystal Clear sound and reception using your broadband connection. I had the pleasure of trying out their services a few months back before I moved. But as always, packet 8 is giving out something more along with their great service. Getting a Video Phone has been something that I always wanted. When I was little I saw it on television, more specifically, it was a spy movie. Though I don’t clearly remember the name as it was a long time ago and I was young, I would have to guess it was a James Bond movie but anyway, you can get your own video phone from Packet8.

By video phone I don’t mean that you can record stuff on your phone like a cell phone or take pictures, but an actual live conversation with the person you are talking to. It’s like being right next to the person and talking to your friend. Your friend can see what you are doing and you can see what your friend is doing. I often try to show my friends things on the tv or computer but since they are not with me, I can’t, but if I have one of their video phones, I just put the phone in front of what I want them to see. It’ll be a breeze to show off another way.

Packet8 offers two types of video phones. One is called the VideoPhone DV326 that has some pretty great specs. It has a 5″ video screen so it’s like having a little portable DVD Player. And if the person is out of focus, the camera will auto focus for you. Their second phone is called the Packet8 Tango. The one I want. Why? Well first, it reminds me of an iPod and it seems I can fit it into my pocket and carry it around with me. It also has a 5″ LCD Screen and it is crystal clear. Packet8 is a growing company seeking to go far, will you be one to test them out?

Everyone looks to the day they get to retire and just live happily on pension or governmental funds from working all your life. I know I look forward to that very dearly. In the United States the average age for a woman to retire is 60 and for a man to retire is 65. The number of course varies because you will see both men and women retire at age 55 or even 75 sometimes which is pretty amazing. Well if you want to retire and go to a senior housing, 55+ communities provides a list of many senior communities for you. Whether you want a golf course right there so you can play or just a luxury home where you are treated as a king or a queen.

They are called the 55+ communities because they have listings for well over 55 communities all over the states. They are filtered by Zip Code, City, and State names. And if you are a community wishing to fill up your space or want to welcome others to join your family, they offer free listings for your community. You can specify category, state, and the city you are located. It really does get easy. And imagine getting more and more residents just from a free listing at 55 communities. Whether you want to populate your community or looking to join one, 55 communities has more than what you need. Good luck!

Home Camera

I have been asked by Home Camera to give a Fair and Impartial about their site and products. Home camera is just here to make your home monitoring much easier. You just set up your web camera on any part of your house and just use your computer to connect it to your Home camera account and you can view your house from anywhere if you just have simple internet connection. I don’t know about you but I think that it’s pretty cool to be able to do something like that.

Imagine you are going on vacation for a whole month to Paris or Rome, and your house will be emtpy somewhere in Long Island and no one to watch the house. If you set up a few web cams in certain rooms, door ways, and garage and you connect it to your home camera system, you will feel much safer and confident. Why? You will feel more comfortable because you have the choice to see what is happening in your house and if anything moved. I say this assuming that you have internet connection. You will be able to monitor activity in your house from 5,000 miles away. If your house is getting burglarized, you will know, and you can make a call to the local cops to get to your house and apprehend the burglars. Of course you will have to make a long distance call but it will be worth it.

Home camera, in my opinion, offers a pretty good and pretty cool service for anyone and everyone. And now since Home Camera is at its beta stage, it’s completely free for you to use. Now I just have to buy a few web cams and put it around my house just to try it out. Use it at my door so I know who is coming and going. Ebay is a huge and well known company and internet auction site. It is not that old and yet it is one of the most populated and most used websites on the internet. People use ebay to sell their items whether they own a business or not and people that merchandise use ebay to buy their products online. They prefer ebay because usually the products are much cheaper than any retail store.

Well I am not here to talk about ebay today but about the other companies and websites this franchise owns. Ebay is international and can be found in many European and Asian countries. Especially places like Hong Kong and United Kingdom, Ebay is very popular as United States merchants ship internationally. Below is a list of all the website and company names Ebay owns.

I doubt ebay will stop buying or even making more sites to help out its customers in a better way. Its purchase of PayPal was the best decision they made in my opinion since they can better control and monitor the transactions of their users.

Prudential Elliman is one of New York’s Largest real estate company. I know this because I am a New Yorker myself. My parents have bought a house and they have looked at some offers from this company. It is well reputable and well known. They have over 60 offices helping over 350 communites right here in New York. They have offices in Manhattan also known as the heart of New York City. This company will help you view property and homes that fit your description of needs. If you want a beach house, they will only show you beach house so you can go and View Westhampton beach homes for sale . West Hampton has some of the best and most luxurious homes available.

They will also help you with your budget. If you don’t want to spend a lot and you know your budget of what you want to pay, they will show you homes and other property that fall into your price range and nothing else. They are located all over New York so don’t assume they are just in the city and parts of Long Island. They can also be found at Montauk County. I see potential in this company and if you don’t live in New York, maybe one day they will come to your state and help you out.

Really Funny Family Guy Skit

Below is a video from one of my favorite TV Shows called Family Guy. New Episodes can be found on Sundays at Fox. Since today is sunday I was reminded of the show which was the cause of the search for Family Guy Videos on YouTube.

Family Guy is a very funny show and below is just a video about Stewie Griffin trying to get the attention of Lois Griffin, his mother, and he just says a few things for about 40 seconds and it just cracked me up. Of course I did watch the whole episode before this video to know exactly what happened but watch the video and see if it makes you laugh.

Spam can be found everywhere and I am not talking about the spam that you find in cans that are edible. This spam is ugly, horrible, and it can hurt your website. When people go around posting total crap into your website, forum, or blog, the content is considered as spam and the posters as spammers. You will also find spam in your email folder and some even have special spam folders that will mark some emails as spam before you get to read them. These anti spam services provided help protect you and it can prevent opening mails that can give you viruses and crash your computer.

Mail systems like Yahoo! and Gmail provide anti-spam software and service to help you mark spam without much problem. It is true that some emails will still get sent to your inbox, but there is always an option to block that email address or permanently mark it as spam. Thank these sevices to help you stop spam.
