Spam can be found everywhere and I am not talking about the spam that you find in cans that are edible. This spam is ugly, horrible, and it can hurt your website. When people go around posting total crap into your website, forum, or blog, the content is considered as spam and the posters as spammers. You will also find spam in your email folder and some even have special spam folders that will mark some emails as spam before you get to read them. These anti spam services provided help protect you and it can prevent opening mails that can give you viruses and crash your computer.

Mail systems like Yahoo! and Gmail provide anti-spam software and service to help you mark spam without much problem. Well I was surfing around when I came across this site that can help you with self improvement by taking a simple test which can determine how well you are doing in your financial, health, and other aspects of your life. The test took me less than 5 minutes and I found some of the questions amusing such as “I like me.” That made me smirk along with a few other questions. Defywire is a company with the goal to keep students safe and teachers teaching. They provide tips and information on how you can keep track of where your children are and know where you can find them and get in touch with them in times of emergency.

Since school starts for most students in a few days or so, Defywire provides a school safety checklist. It gives tips on having someone out of town to get your child in case you cannot get to him or her to having keywords that represent whole sentences to whole paragraph. One smart thing I agree with this is go to your child’s Parent Teacher Association Meetings. Most work places will require you to wear certain type of work wear or equipment. I worked at a library at one point of my life and I had to wear a t-shirt provided by the library and valid work shoes. What I mean by work shoes is sneakers and work boots were allowed. No high heels for anyone and must wear appropriate clothing. Cannot show excessive skin or get fired.

Alzheimer Disease or AD was first discovered in the early 20th Century. This will just result in short term memory loss and can sometimes affect one’s vision. Research has come far for this disease and the symptons can be kept under control with medicine and therapy. This brings me to Memory Walk. Memory Walk is just an event that is part of the Alzheimer’s Association. Memory Walk is an event that is about the same age as me that was first brought up in 1989. Since then, this event has raised over $225 million that went into the research for Alzheimer. They have several teams with a Team Captain. These team captians recruit members for the team to raise funds for the cause.

Team Captians are absolutely necessary and if you would like to help them out with this event and raise more funds to help the research, check out the Alzheimer’s Association website for more information on how you can sign up. You should do it early to make sure you have enough time to recruit a whole team.

This is truly a great experience and it is WorldWide so it doesn’t matter if you live in the USA or somewhere in Europe. The research is universal and all funds collected will be used for the same reason. And don’t worry if you don’t like walking. The walk is held in the Fall season, perfect weather and temperature to walk, and it is only 2 to 3 miles long. That’s not much and if you are with friends, you can talk along the walk. Well it’s summer time and its August. August is known as the hottest month of the year not because it’s when my birthday is but because of the scorching temperatures. And cooling off can be very, very hard. Especially in 90+ degree weather. Even here in New York, we get some very humid and very high temperature days. I’ve seen people use air conditioners to cool down but those are just bad for the environemnt. I also saw some backyard misting fan where the whole backyard is full of cold mist. Although it feels very humid, the mist feels very good against your body.

Cooling off is harder than heating up in my opinion. When you are cold, you can run around and play some sports to warm yourself up. But when you are hot and sweaty, you can’t always sit down and not move the whole day in hopes to cool down. You may stop sweating but your body is still hot. Even though air conditioners are bad for the environment, it is sometimes necessary to be in their presense because it can get very hard to cool off even in New York City. I usually turn on my AC when it is absolutely needed. Meaning there is high humidity with high temperatures outside. But there are companies and products that have cooling methods such as the backyard mist fan. There are more than just two ways to cool off, just do some research and you’ll find tons. Paintball is a very fun activity among friends, family, and people you don’t even know. There are places or rings where you can play paintball and even set up a team. With your team you can enter leagues and competitions. I know this because I have friends that are sort of lets say, Paintball Addicts. They have tried to get me into the sport but due to personal reasons, I had to back out. And for those of you who do not know what paintball is, it is basically a sport of shooting little balls of paint. These Paint balls explode and mark your opponents of the color of your team or just the color of your paint if you are playing just for fun.

You can search your local city or area for paintball arenas where you can lease or borrow their guns or go to your local paintball store and buy one for yourself. Some of the recommended paintball guns are Tippmann A-5 and Tippmann 98 Custom and only some of the best and most equipped stores will carry. Please know that this is a sport of fun and not mere competition. You can get hurt even with all the protection you would wear.
